The "Band of Believers" is not a worship team from a specific local church organization, rather our members
represent various churches throughout the Treasure Valley of southwest Idaho. B.O.B. is nothing slick...no studied attempts
to be authentic or relevant. We are believers in Jesus. Just a small group of sinners redeemed & gathered from all walks
of life, from far and wide. From varying age groups, occupations, backgrounds and experiences. We are looking to God for guidance
and reaching out to the community in love. We have been brought together for the specific purpose of introducing you
to a close relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ, our Savior, whom we serve.
You, our listeners, won't hear
any hidden messages or vague references because B.O.B. always comes right out and proclaims Jesus is Lord! Jesus, the
Lamb of God, who takes way the sin of the world, has promised that whoever calls upon His name will be saved. The Band Of
Believers hope is that through the music, song lyrics and the witness of our members, everyone present will move closer
to Jesus and that each listener will indeed be moved to call upon the name of the Lord.
B.O.B play songs of praise
& worship, original songs and redeemed songs. We have taken songs from the 60's and 70's, plus
a few others and changed the lyrics in order to glorify God, thus redeeming these songs in the same way that our
lives have been redeemed, to the glory of God. We have given these songs new words and new meanings just as the Lord has given
us new words and our lives new meaning.
